My bank was blocked so no payment was being made for my subscription and I got an email saying my broadband is being terminated if I don't pay now so I payed and now my wifi still won't work

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAfter paying have you also setup again your payment method as this will need doing. Once you have done this and your payment has been cleared your broadband should be restored.

How long for? If you missed two payments, Sky may have cancelled your account.
