Hi! Could someone please help me understand my billing payments?
I set-up my sky broadband wthin my home on the 14th of April. 1st payment was £21.00 on the 2nd of May, 2nd payment £34.67 on the 30th of May and 3rd payment was £26.00 on the 27th of June (The June payment is the normal monthly payment I was expecting).
Have I been overcharged on the 30th of May?

Your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (over the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance. Check out your future bills to see if they reflect the amount you were expecting. Also see these links
