Broadband Credit Refund

I switched to EE on the 22nd September and I now have a credit in my broadband account (pretty much the amount they charged me 5 days ago 🙄). How can I get this money refunded?

Is what will have been your next billing date 1st November as it can be refunded on that date if it is so feel free to post back on here then we can escalate your post to Sky's messaging team for help with this.

My last bill was 27th September - now showing my credit available for the next bill 27th October.

Why should I have to wait a month for my money to be refunded? My service ended on the 22nd of September. I'd like my money back

I did - they lied and told me I would receive a refund in 5 working days. 

Now I'm being told my refund will happen next month.

I notified them of my switch on August 25th - switch to happen on September 22 - yet they still issued a full month invoice in September 13th.
