Black friday deal

I've been a sky mobile customer for about 4 years now and decided to change my phone. I picked my data plan in the black friday sale which should have been £7. However on my bill it's showing £12. Have I picked a deal for new customers and not realised??? Thanks

The Black Friday sim deals will only apply if you order (and pay for) a new sim so is this what you are doing or were you trying to get it applied to the sim you already have ?
