I want to make a payment
Hello I want to make a payment but I can't. My payment due today on december 2, but I can't, juste to let you know tomorow morning I will go to my bank to set up wery thing, if I let you know that, it's because I no need to charge me extra. I have money in my bank account for to do payment.

We are customers here so you are not talking to Sky.
If you bill is due to be paid by a direct debit and this fails then Sky will try again in 10 days time so you do not and should not make any manual payments.
