Are you sure you are on a fixed price as Sky rarely do fixed price offers?
you need to check the T&Cs of your contract but the standard T&Cs allow for one price increase a year.

Hi @Annifred Your discounts are fixed until November 2026. There will be an annual price increase of the list prices. To answer your question, yes it applies to you.
