Bills
Been with sky for 3 years now ive missed the odd payments but ive always paid up the full amount come next payday as they can see, but now im on universal credit and unable to make the payment end of each week like for when I was working now it has to be end of each month but because ive got multiple devices and a higher bill now they wont reinstate me unless I pay them 110 quid baring in mind I didnt realise my new card details have not be updated hence why this months bill hasnt gone through but I recently need them reinstated as ive recently been in hospital and fractured my hand n need it for maps n day to day stuff, is there anyway I can work around it to get reinstated if not I might be able to whip up 50 quid today from what my mates owe me but not 110 if that will help me get reinstated im gonna ring em up in 15 mins when the lines are open but im really on my **bleep** this month as im gonna have to make 2 months payments surely there's a workaround or something to help

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe you owe (regardless of any individual circumstances) in full and you’ve also set up a new continuous payment method.
If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.
Restrictions of services are automatic and are only applied due to a missed payment/s. Agents at Sky can’t override the process even if you’re told otherwise. Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a payment. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.
You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
