house move

Hi. I have been trying to get my Sky Q & Sky broadband set up at my new home.  I have been on calls and chats for hours and hours and have spoken to at least 5 operators!  The issue is that the people buying my house have given notice to cancel my broadband so Sky are saying that they can't transfer my broadband contract (still valid until 2026) to my new house.  I have been promised that operators will call back once it's sorted but they never do.  I am at my wit's end. Please can anyone help?  Thanks
