I paid my bill this month I don't know why I am being sent emails saying I need to pay my bill otherwise I'm going to get cut off

Does your bill via the MySky app or online at the Sky website show it as being paid ?

You should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up (as stated in the terms and conditions you agreed to). That way there is no need to make an unnecessary manual payment. .
