My sky app has a different account number to my current account. I have paid my bill into the sky app account
I need to transfer the amount from the old account to my new one.
Can anyone help please?
I've been trying online the past hour to speak to someone but getting nowhere

you would have to pay again to the correct account and then once the wrong account has been created contact sky and ask for the money to be refunded to your bank
you should have separate ids for each account and login to the app using the correct credentials for each account

Have you been a customer previously and then cancelled before retuning ?

Yes . I'm waiting on a call back from an advisor so hopefully it's sorted soon. Thanks for the reply

Yes, I think that's the problem.
Unfortunately, I'm till waiting on a call back. Its been a few years since I was with Sky the last time.
The links I was sent by text from Sky sent me to the app with all of my old details and it accepted payment even though the account hasn't been active for a few years

Find out moreUsually when you return to Sky after being away for two years you have to start again as a new customer so you previous account should have been closed meaning you start again with a new Sky ID and thus a new account number so did this not happen or was your services added to your previous account ?
