Bills

  • So I brought sky and paid off my sky bill early, then last night my direct debit came out and obviously ik I shouldn't of paid it off early now and I understand why, but I click on my sky it says I've paid for this month and next now apparently.

 

But it says bill - paid but when I click view bill it says

 

Your scheduled payment has not been received

 

Your latest payment has not been received. We'll attempt collection again over the coming days, so please ensure your payment details are up to date.

 

 

I'm just really confused and really stressing me out as I am kind of broke now and I don't want more money taken out of my account when it's been paid twice

If you want feel free to post an image of this bill and if you do make sure personal details like account numbers are blanked out.
