Bills keep rising
I need to speak to someone regarding my bills and the rising costs but cannot seem to get through to anyone. Also need to check my broadband speed as on my billing it says I have a booster which I never agreed too

Re: Bills keep rising
If your bills are rising it sounds like a discount has ended. Sky will have told you the date any discount was ending when you took it out so if it has ended you’ll be paying the full undiscounted price. Perhaps compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ
www.sky.com/bill.
The best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
Mention the booster issue when you call.

Re: Bills keep rising
@Kirstybee1 Sky Broadband Boost is not a physical device. It's a set of optional additional features as described here. It's provided by default with some broadband packages, but you can opt out. What you've agreed to is confirmed to you by email or letter.
