Billing

Last week I spoke to someone about my bill and was promised it would be £58 and he would sort it.I have looked on my sky and I see that my future bills are £60.I was promised that the £2 would be deducted by his manager so all future bills would be £58.

This is the third time of contacting sky because of mistakes made by sky.Please can you sort this once and for all as a price of £58 was agreed and needs to show on my future bills.

Check the future bills to see if they are correct, or even if a credit has been applied. 

If not you'll need to contact Sky again. We are customers here on a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.
