Billing

My account has been suspended i payed £50 and the lady said she was taking the late fee payment off its still on there and I've been restricted

If you haven't paid your bill in full your services are likely to be restricted (suspended) automatically.

You haven't said what you were told but if you owe any outstanding amount then your services will be restricted until you pay what you owe in full and that you setup your monthly payment method again.
