Billing

I made a payment on January 25th of £108.34. February payment is saying 'balance carried forward £216.68' then under saying 'total' £7.74

does anyone know why this is or what it means?

thanks

@Frankie+t  Can you post a screenshot ensuring you block out personal info such as account number etc so we can see and try and work out what's happening

it might be you're made a manual payment too close to an automatic one and are in credit by the £7

You are in credit by £216 as it looks like you have been paying the bill manually when you didn't need to do can you also post Januarys bill.

Re: Billing

So does in credit mean that's what I'm owed back? Or is it carried over to the next bill?

Thankyou for helping

Credit means what you are owed so if you leave it where it is it will be used to pay your next bill and possibly the one after that so no money will be taken by Sky via your payment method.
