Billing
I changed the payment date and you still want me to pay on the old date.

Re: Billing
It's worth pointing out...
Bills for Sky Q, Sky+, and Sky Broadband/Talk are generated 14 days before your payment date.
Bills for Sky Mobile, Sky Glass and Stream are generated 3 days beforehand.
Any payment date change may therefore apply from next months bill.

Re: Billing
The problem is that I am transferring my internet service to another company, my switchover date is May 29th, and instead of issuing me a final bill, Sky is still demanding payment for the full month.

Re: Billing
A full month's payment is always requested, which may be more now you've changed the payment date as it may be for more than the normal month. I'm not really sure why you've changed it if you're changing providers in a week.

Re: Billing
Why does Sky want me to pay for a full month when they know the contract ends in a week?

Re: Billing
That is the common process. Any overpayment should be refunded to you within 6 weeks from your last day of connection.
