Good Morning,
I received an email that my monthly broadband payment is going up by £37. I pay £37 at the moment and it is going up to £40 in April. Unfortunately this is too much for me are you able to help me with this.
Or I may have to unfortunately cancel
Thank you,
Asha Sarker

The £3 a month increase is the normal price increase which happens every April. It was explained in the T's and C's you read and agreed to.
Once your price increase email / letter arrives it contains a number to call if you wish to cancel certain Sky services. You have 30 days to call after receiving the notification. Leaving penalty free only applies to Sky+, Sky Q, and Broadband/Talk.

Re: Billing
This isn't true. Sky follow Ofcoms variable pricing rule. If Sky stated a price increase upfront for broadband then it would not be possible to cancel mid contract without a termination charge.
