why are sky charging me for essentual tv then another bill for ultimate tv ?

Forgetting about your broadband have you made any changes to your TV package and if not what package are you on ?

Recently downgraded? If so, the bill may cover before and after you downgraded.

I've just added sky broadband to my package
when I look at future bills in the app it shows £30 essentials and £9 ultimate ?
New broadband 24 month deal
I may phone sky for claification
dont think I am in contract anymore for the tv
They gave me an automatic renewal with discounts last time says till October.

Yes I added multi room they sent me a mini
not renewed contract as my discounts expire in October , I just thought now if you have sky ultimate it includes essential maybe they will do it when I have to renegotiate a new deal on tv side of it

Apparantly ultimate add on is Netflix ... does not make it clear on bill
