As we're customers here, with no access to your account details, we can't tell you. The details of your bill should explain where the extra is coming from - compare your latest bill with a previous one.
If you've been with Sky for a while, it's possible your discounts have expired. You would need to speak to Sky to see if you can agree a new discounted period.

@Sarah161282 No-one here can see your bill so unless it states why the price has increased we can only advise it will probably be down to discounts ending.
For clarification you would have to call Sky.
