I switched to EE from Sky and, EE pay the cancellation charge I was charged, up to £300.
I have received the final cancellation charge and it's a PDF format on my sky account, but ee require a "itemized bill"
How do I request this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe PDF download is the one you need if your early termination charges are shown on it. If they are not then it might appear on what will have been your next bill so have you looked into this ?

Others are reporting EE will not accept this as proof of termination charges. Seems like EE's problem rather than Sky's...
