Switched to EE from Sky bill needed

I switched to EE from Sky and, EE pay the cancellation charge I was charged, up to £300.

 

I have received the final cancellation charge and it's a PDF format on my sky account, but ee require a "itemized bill"

 

How do I request this?

The PDF download is the one you need if your early termination charges are shown on it. If they are not then it might appear on what will have been your next bill so have you looked into this ?

Sky will not produce any other format than the PDF download on your account.

 

Others are reporting EE will not accept this as proof of termination charges.  Seems like EE's problem rather than Sky's...
