Billing

I would like to stop my next bill coming out and change it to a later date to when I get paid how do I cancel direct debt through my sky app

Whilist you can change the billing date you might not be able to stop the next bill from being taken so what is your billing date ?

@XOXO  When is the next bill payment due if two weeks or less it can't be stopped

If the DD fails then they reattempt after 10 days - that may give you enough grace?
