Billing

All i want to know is why have you taking 20 pound out of me bank account now i have no money i dont get paid till the 30th i have changed my payment method so i was just wandering if i could have that 20 pound back and ill pay you on the 30th when i get paid

@emmaoddie sky are legally entitled to take any monies owned when it's due regardless of whether it leaves you with no funds or overdrawn , Providing sky have taken payment on your standard payment due date which is in accordance with the terms and conditions you agreed 

 

they are not obligated to return any money if it's been legally taken
