I've just learnt that I'm paying £76 a month with no additional extras and for a download speed of 10.1 and upload of 0.86. Can someone please explain this breakdown to me as soon as possible as £76 is absolutely ridiculous for such a poor connection with no added extras. Thank you.

We can't really as we can't see your account or bills. Could discounts have finished and you're paying full price?

you would need to call sky and negotiate a lower price but commit to a new minimum term in return
