Billing too much and download speed poor

I've just learnt that I'm paying £76 a month with no additional extras and for a download speed of 10.1 and upload of 0.86. Can someone please explain this breakdown to me as soon as possible as £76 is absolutely ridiculous for such a poor connection with no added extras. Thank you.

We can't really as we can't see your account or bills. Could discounts have finished and you're paying full price?

Not without some details. We can't see your account. If you're paying that much solely for broadband you must be out of contract. Best to give Sky a call and negotiate a new deal with..

@Tracy1920  Sounds like minimum term discounts have expired and you are paying full list price 

 

you would need to call sky and negotiate a lower price but commit to a new minimum term in return
