I'm looking to upgrade my broadband because the speeds are painfully slow. It gives me the option for a full fibre 300 for £40pm. Is this £40pm in addition to my current bill or would it be the new overall cost? If I do upgrade is this instant or does an engineer need to come out?

The £40 would be the new price you pay for this full fibre broadband product so would replace what you are paying now.
