Billing problem

I need help with my billing, there seems to be a problem, I called back at the end of last year, when I cancelled the phone line, and calls, as we never had a phone number, we had been paying this since June for no reason. We then got told we were receiving kids TV when it wasn't requested, this has just been a joke, we can never get the bill set the the correct amount we are meant to be paying, please can this get sorted ASAP.

If you have Sky Broadband you have/had a landline number.

@Tracey139  You're not talking to Sky nothing can or will be sorted on the back of a forum post, any Sky staff here would not knwo who you are.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
