Billing issues

I was told my bill would 31 pounds a month I'm currently not working due personal reasons , the person on phone said it would be free of charge to install sky box as and I already had sky dish in so was quick set up, I was told I have free set up for next 18 months cost of my is 31 pound a month. I was told you have sorted bill to that every month so I would it sorting please as I can see u are trying charge me more this month n more in next few months , I have with you six years. I'm not happy with lies you are telling me, I have wintness to every phone call

@Suzie101 we're customers here. Sky won't know who you are from your forum post. I'd suggest giving Sky a call.
