I am really not happy with the service wish I had not left Virgin. Only had Sky since Tuesday and can't get help. Took ages to find a phone number but can t call as landline was not connected by engineer and no mobile signal on sky mobile. Can't find live chat. So disappointing I think I am going cancel customer service is awful from day one.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'm assuming your Sky broadband service is working ok as you've been able to post here. That being the case, you have have a landline connection, but your phone needs to be plugged into your broadband Hub. It won't work from the wall socket.
