I have received a contact with sky, been a customer for over 20 years. However I am getting billed for £35.00 per month when the agreement was £30.00 per month for 18 months. I have been on the phone for over 1 1/2 hours and keep getting put through to wrong departments and then back on hold no body wants to help

Give ad much detail as you can like the time and date Sky offered you the package at £30 so they can listen what was said to you if needs be.

Unlikely as most contracts are subject to annual price rises. However, Sky did a small amount of fixed price deals.
When was this contract started?

Yes I have done a complaints form and have the original email stating the agreement. Thanks for your help

It was a new agreement as I was out of contract.
