Hi, Following cancellation of my account, my September bill shows a credit due for the cancellation of Broadband and Talk packages. How do I request this refund please?

Hello, Last date of services was 31st July, however as Broadband & Talk is paid in advance I paid for August as well. So September bill is now showing a credit for cancellation from 1st August.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
