Billing enquiry

Afternoon. 
I have just noticed that my bill has increased from £19 a month to £36 a month and I don't know why?

@DonnaRees  Have discounts now ended?  Have you checked this months bill and compared to last months?  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@DonnaRees  Sounds like minimum term discounts have expired 

 

you would have been told when they were due to expire at sign up, sky don't currently send reminders 

 

you would need to negotiate a new lower payment but in return you would need to commit to a new minimum term usually 18 months
