I'm a 12 Year Sky VIP, and have used Sky in total for about 25 years.
I've recently had to move out of the family house owing to a split from my wife- we are giving it 6 months to hopefully try to work through things.
I'm still paying for the full package at that home:
Sky Q
2 x Additional Boxes with HD
Sky Sports with UHD
Entertainment
Movies
This is £82 a month and I'm midway through the current contract period.
I now don't have any TV in my new place and want to be able to use my Sky credentials to obtain Sky Stream. I do NOT Need sports at the original address any more. However I do want it as a bar minimum in my temporary place (I aim to be there for 6 months).
SkyGO is not an option as I can't cast it and I'm not watching TV on my mobile- so that is completely useless to me.
Anyone from Sky or the wider community able to let me know if there's anything I can do in this situation to lean on the predicament I am in, and not end up just paying double?
Thanks in advance.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWith Sky their contracts are you 18 months so if you were to sign I to them this would apply to you as you would be seen as a new customer due to you being at a different address.
The other option is to look at NowTV which is another Sky owned company, have a look at what devices you can use all of which would require an internet connection.

It used to be possible to take Sky Stream on a rolling 31 days basis, but I'm not sure if that option is still available. Another Community member may know, or you could check with Sky.

@BedfordSpur Still available, at a £3 per month premium.

Still going to be paying nearly double than I am at present but I guess there's just no other work around.
The benefit of having the rolling contract will be the flexibility if my circumstances change again I guess.
thanks all...
