Billing Error

My sky steaming bill is incorrect and I have been charged twice for items on the bill.  I'm trying to speak to someone but no human numbers to discuss this with.   What should I do?

Are you sure the charges are for the same dates?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Julian19_   Do you see -xx days against any items? This means the bill covers more than one month.
