Billed different amounts in a month

My bill is paid by DD 5th of the month, same amount every time.

went out 5th Nov but now another payment has gone out 20th Nov approx half the usual amount.

reviewing in the app my "next bill" matches this lower amount but doesn't say why my bill has almost halved nor why the date has changed

What services do you have from Sky and are you a new customer or have you made any changes recently ?

What services do you have?  Anything changed recently?  Anything new?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hello, not a new customer. No changes made, I'm mid contract 

i have Sky Signature, ultimate pack, cinema & broadband. Paid out the usual sum on 04/11. Then almost half again on 20/11.

on my bills section in the app and online it says the lower amount, is my next payment but not actually due yet, no indication of this debit on 20/11

Can you post images of your last bill and this bill and if you do make sure your personal details like your Sky account number and (if it is there) your credit agreement number as well.

I've figured it out!

I changed the date of my DD after it went out on 04/11
