I have returned sky equipment as I was asked to do, it was sent via the post office recorded, I have proof of item being sent.However I am still receiving constant communications via email and texts, that sky have not received the equipment and threating that I'm going to be charged for this equipment.
I have sent numerous emails with proof of posting attached, including dates etc, I've spoke to various representatives on the phone who have assured me this would be resolved, but as you can tell from me making this post, that has not been carried out as promised. I'm hoping someone can help because this is getting beyond a joke at this point. I sent back the equipment on the 2/8/24 and we're now in the middle of November with no further progress. Hoping someone can help, thanks in advance.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
