I renewed my SKY subscription last week but your staff member must have failed to include multi-room

How do I get Sky to re-instate my multi-room facility that I included in my list of requirements when renewing my subscription last week?

You would need to call Sky and tell them the time and date you called and they can listen back on the call to hear what was agreed.
