When I set my sky account up Iowa told that I would not be charged for services until my broadband and sky

@William117 If you're had sky stream tv service billing for that automatically starts 21 days after delivery if not activated before regardless of whether you have an internet connection or not
billing for the internet connection itself doesn't start until your service is activated
