Incorrect Billing / Scam

I was offered a reduction (from £8 to £4 a month) in one of my SIMs (I have 3 with Sky) when I bought a new phone, no reductions took place. I called them after 2 weeks and they said it would be actioned - still not done. Last month I cancelled my Movies. I got a call from Sky this month prior to it being turned off that a good offer was in place and that I would be given the movies with les than a pound extra but my contract would be extended. 2 days later only to find that my future bills have been increased  to the same amount as before. I feel let down by Sky and this I feel is somewhat a scam.

If you do then give them the dates and times you spoke to Sky so if needs be someone can listen to what was said to you.
