Refusing to pay it can lead to issues.

 

...but as noted we're other customers here so we cannot comment without some detail of the circumstances.  The bill may well be correct (and due).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Not paying a bill will just lead to service restriction, late fees and potentially termination of services. It will also impact your credit rating and eventually lead to the debt being passed onto debt collectors, so it is never a good idea to not pay a bill.
