Hey I was told to cancel my direct debt on the phone due to £115 payment I can't afford and I need to pay this monthly £20 each time so was told to pay on the app I have paid on the app for this months bill and I am getting a email to say nothing has been paid but there's £36 on my account for my internet this month thanks

@Izzalynnnn  Unless it a legitimately closed account Sky certainly don't do payment plans, nor should you have cancelled your direct debit if the account is still active, Sky will want paymnent in full.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
