Hey I was told to cancel my direct debt on the phone due to £115 payment I can't afford and I need to pay this monthly £20 each time so was told to pay on the app I have paid on the app for this months bill and I am getting a email to say nothing has been paid but there's £36 on my account for my internet this month thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Izzalynnnn Unless it a legitimately closed account Sky certainly don't do payment plans, nor should you have cancelled your direct debit if the account is still active, Sky will want paymnent in full.
