We're other customers here so we haven't cut you off...

 

When was the bill due, how did you pay and when?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

When was the bill paid and how was it paid?

 

If you paid manually that would go as credit towards the next bill and Sky will still attempt to take the scheduled direct debit or card payment, if that scheduled payment fails due to insufficient funds that would set your current bill as overdue and lead to service restrictions.
