2nd bill for broadband and charged double AGAIN

Can this please be explained for me.

 

Sky state that I was active from the 2nd of December. In actual fact it wasn't active until the 7th due to faulty equipment (side note: I think I shouldn't have to pay for these 5 days)

 

any way my first broadband bill was double (which I thought it would be) and my second bill is double too is this right?

We can't see your bills...

 

Are future bills at the expected level?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
