I have been charged for equipment I returned so I have paid only what I am due for talk and Tv and broadband, 

 

can you please check my account and apply credit

When did you return the equipment and did you leep proof of postage?

 

You need to pay the bill in full even if you think it's worng as any non return charges can the reimbursed if you have kep proof of postage.

 

Part paying may lead to service restrictions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We're other customers here - not Sky customer services.

 

If you mean you've paid less than the bill then you might be in for a surprise.

 

Do you have proof of posting?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
