Bill

I've been to sort out a new contract as mine was due to expire 14th October anyway I've manged to sort broadband but they've charged me £39.99 instead if £16.50?? My contract isn't even up yet so why have I been billed for full rate??? Think I may look elsewhere can't be paying this

Billing is monthly in advance.  You contract doesn't expire - the discounts do.

You've probably left it a little too late to agree a new deal before being billed.  The following bill will probably generate the credit back to the correct rate.  What do future bills look like?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
