Why have I been charged with the days I had no sky tv due to moving house

Feel free to give Sky a call to explain. They'll likely give you credit for the days you had no service.

If you have used Sky home moving service then bill continues as normal as it doesn't stop due to you moving home but Sky might well apply a credit to your account for the number of days you had no service but you do have to contact them about this.
