Both bill come out on the same day as dd but the TV when didnt
But pay it now but jus wonder why it was paid

You say you have paid it yourself which you probably do not need to do as there is a chance Sky could still take the money as well.

I have bill for bb and sky TV .but like I said thy only tuck the bb payment out . asking why thy didn't take the sky tv bill

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
