I would like to query my bill as it has gone up In price and has add on and ultimate TV on there which I'm being charged for

Nothing should be showing on your bill that you haven't previously agreed to so for individual billing issues you'll need to call Sky I'm afraid. 

The increase in price could be the annual price increase that happens every April or a discounted deal has ended.
