Good morning. We signed up to sky glass over the telephone on Wednesday and was told we would need to sign an online agreement. Since then we have tried on the app, through the website and on a different device but it just comes up with an error message. Phone back yesterday and told we were trying to do it too soon and it will take a while to upload properly. Today we have received a text with a link reminding us to sign but it also doesn't work! Any ideas on what I need to do?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
