Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt means you are in credit by £640.09, in other words that is money you are owed so as you bill is about £40 per month the credit will keep being used until it has all been used.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSo you had £640.09 credit carried forward from your last bill. Your latest bill for £40.50 was deducted from your credit, leaving you with a balance of £599.59 in credit which will be carried forward to your next bill. Does that help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreA persons odd of winning something is very slim if you consider the number of customers Sky have between mobile, tv and broadband customers. I've been selected in the past for some of the kids books where they have c amount to give away (obviously meaning chances of winning the ballot was higher due to them having more to give away than a handful of tickets to an event).
