Bill too high

I spoke to someone about why my broadband is so high. They said they were going to going to change some of my package to make it a smaller amount each month. They didn't do this and it's still just as high this month. I've cancelled it this month coming out my account as I can't afford it. What happens next?

@Freya16 You need to call sky asap, explain again and see what can be done, they will try to DD it again shortly, if not successful apply failed extra charges, cut you off, and force you to pay up, pay extra and all kinds of problems, CS will explain it all to you WHEN YOU call them!

Your broadband will be restricted if the bill is not paid, if it fails the first time then usually the restriction would start about 10 days later when the second attempt also fails if you haven't reinstated the direct debit by then.

I would suggest restoring it and failure to do so will also see you being unable to talk to Sky as you will be asked to setup a direct debit first, once you have done this you can then call Sky and ask them about whatever change they made on your account.
